Today was my 2nd Access Bars session at Angelic Alternatives and once again I have left with the most amazing feeling of calm and Zen - I actually prefer this to a massage now!

I had no idea what to expect when I first went to see Angela and was amazed that just by holding various points on my hands, head and feet, she could actually pin point the things that had been bothering me lately without me saying a word - sore head, tight stress chest, a dull ringing in my ears - and then actually take them away!
